RTB does not provide refunds for any services or products, unless they are not successfully delivered within the scheduled timeframe. For example, a custom-made beat taking over 48 hours to create is outside of the agreed timeframe and is eligible for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
